In this Arbi ki Sabzi recipe I have shown process to make Sarso wali Arbi ki Sabzi. I have cooked this Taro Root (arbi) in mustard, cooking it in mustard make this Arbi ki Sabzi very delicious. This Arbi ki Sabzi recipe is very easy to follow. Taro Root in Mustard Gravy is one of the non traditional way of cooking this arbi curry.

मसाला अरबी बनाने की विधि
Preparation time-30 minutes
Serving-4

Ingredients:
Arbi(colocasia root is/ taro root)-250 gm (peeled, washed and chopped )
Garlic cloves(peeled)-10
Green chilli-1
Tomato(chopped)-1(large)
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander leaves(chopped and washed)-1/3 cup
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Coriander seeds-1/2 tsp
Black pepper(whole)-1/3 tsp
Mustard seeds-1 tbsp
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
