Ingredients:
Gooseberry (Amla/awla)-500 gm
Green chilli(slit)-150 gm
Mustard Oil - 100 ml
Mustard Seeds(Sarso)- 3 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds ( Sauf)- 3 tbsp
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 2 tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds(Methi) - 1tbsp
Turmeric Powder (haldi) - 1.5 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder (Laal Mirch) - 1 tbsp
Salt - 3 tbsp or as per the taste
